What is FCA Employee Pricing?

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) offers the exclusive Employee Advantage Program to eligible employees and their family members. We’re proud to work with Stellantis and FCA employees to give them extra benefits and discounts, as a special thank you.

Employee pricing applies to those looking to buy or lease most new models from Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. The pricing refers to the price that’s printed on the factory invoice of the vehicle.

Eligible members still qualify for consumer rebates, special financing, and other programs in addition to these discounts!

How Does It Work?

Registering for your Employee Advantage benefits is simple, making it easy to start the search for your next ride. Simply log on to EA.Chrysler.com and log in with your identification number—call the EA Hotline, if you need assistance.

From the home page, you can select the “Register Eligible Family Members” button. From there, all you need is the relative’s name, relationship to you, and date of birth.

You’ll also need a control number before you buy your next discounted car, truck, or SUV. Simply select the “Generate Control Numbers” option and you’ll have those numbers sent to your email.

Hang onto it, or give it to your registered family member, and have it at the ready when you go to buy your next car. It’s that simple!
